Having been in customer service in a variety of industries most of my working career, I know full well that, whatever the industry, one critical element is always present – relationships. Developing a relationship of trust and understanding between client and company is the key to providing the best service experience possible! I have to confess that, even while thoroughly enjoying the time my husband and I take traveling, camping, and trying new recipes, my mind can sometimes wander back to that principle and I ask myself “What else could I do to help?”

As a Client Success Manager at Spectrum Printing, I am teamed up with an excellent group of craftspeople, equally passionate about what they do. It is exciting to bring to life even the simplest of jobs because they are important to my clients and to their success. My colleagues and I are ready to go “above and beyond” to make your projects the best they can be.
